Persuation and InfluencePsychology, signals, strategies, speech This seminar takes you through a suite of tools that will make you more persuasive. It is a training program based on retoric and psychology. The program can stand alone, or follow other program(s) of negotiation and communication skills. The program is divided into 4 modules: 1) Understand your counterpart using the DISC model; 2) Control your signals; 3) Strategies of argumentation; and 4) Your words and speech.
